1. Must be a new member to NASN/TSNO

      2. New (not renew) membership was effective between September 1, 2007 – August 31, 2008.

      3. The treasurer will send me the names of those meeting this criteria

      4. The Nominations Coordinator will randomly draw one name and an alternate.

      5. The Nominations Coordinator will notify the recipient of the scholarship. Must be

      6. used for TSNO conference and can not be transferred to another person.

      7. If the first name does not want the scholarship, the alternate will be notified of the scholarship.

      8. Same rules apply – Must be used for TSNO conference and nontransferable.

      9. If neither the 1st person nor the alternate accept the scholarship, no scholarship will be given that year.

    10. Conference Registration: Registration fee is waived. (Make a notation on your registration to that effect with a reference to: Francis Beckendorf). Scholarship Recipient would need to pay for the Pre-Conference, if she chooses to attend.

    11. Travel Expense: Will not be reimbursed.

     12. Lodging: TSNO will reimburse for a hotel room at conference rate and tax for 2 nights. We will make the reservations and send you the confirmation number.

     13. Banquet Tickets: If sold separately from tuition, must be paid by the scholarship recipient
